PHUC SINH SON LA CORPORATION AND TAY BAC UNIVERSITY: PROMOTING BILATERAL COOPERATION BETWEEN ENTERPRISE AND ACADEMIA
To realize the goal of developing high-quality human resources and strengthening the strategic bond between enterprises and educational institutions, Phuc Sinh Son La Corporation and Tay Bac University have recently organized a series of mutual visits, working sessions, and bilateral cooperation exchanges.
Previously, the Board of Management of Phuc Sinh Son La Corporation paid a visit and worked directly at Tay Bac University. During this visit, the company's representatives had the opportunity to learn about the University's educational environment, while sharing recruitment demands and expressing the desire to accompany the University in career orientation programs. This aims to assist students in developing practical skills to meet the stringent requirements of the labor market. Building upon the positive outcomes of the aforementioned visit, on the afternoon of September 8, 2026, Phuc Sinh Son La Corporation was honored to welcome the delegation from Tay Bac University for a reciprocal visit, exchange, and working session at the corporation's headquarters and factory.
On behalf of the corporation, Mr. Vu Viet Thang – General Director, along with representatives from specialized departments, warmly welcomed the University's delegation. The delegation from Tay Bac University was led by Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector, accompanied by Dr. Hoang Ngoc Anh – Member of the Standing Party Committee and Vice Rector, along with leaders of affiliated functional departments, faculties, and centers.
During the meeting, in an open and constructive spirit, representatives of both sides extensively discussed development orientations and strategic partnership potential. Phuc Sinh Son La Corporation affirmed its readiness to facilitate educational connectivity, enabling students to integrate theory with practice and access a professional working environment. Furthermore, the corporation expressed its desire to collaborate with the University to unlock future Research and Development (R&D) opportunities in the field of agricultural product processing.
Within the framework of the working program, the corporation's Board of Management invited the Tay Bac University delegation on a field tour of Phuc Sinh Son La's modern coffee processing facilities. In the production area, the experts provided the faculty members with a detailed overview of the advanced technological processes, the strict quality management standards being applied, and the operational capacity of the internationally standardized agricultural processing line.
The series of mutual visits and working sessions between the two institutions concluded successfully.
